「伍易上斜地圖」（下稱「本應用程式」）由香港中文大學伍宜孫書院及教育學院學生開發，屬非牟利學生項目。我們非常重視您的隱私，並致力於保護您的個人資料。

"Wu Yee Accessible Map" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is developed by students of Wu Yee Sun College and the Faculty of Education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) as a non-profit student project. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.

1. 資料收集 | Information We Collect

本應用程式可能收集以下資料：

• 位置資料：本應用程式使用 GPS 定位功能以提供導航服務。位置資料僅在應用程式使用期間獲取，不會儲存於伺服器。
• 用戶提交的報告：當您提交設施報告時（包括設施狀態、描述及照片），該資料會儲存於 Firebase 雲端資料庫，以供管理員審核。
• 照片：您在報告新設施時可選擇上傳照片，照片將儲存於 Firebase Storage。

The App may collect the following information:

• Location data: The App uses GPS to provide navigation services. Location data is only accessed during use and is not stored on our servers.
• User-submitted reports: When you submit a facility report (including status, description, and photos), the data is stored in Firebase cloud database for administrator review.
• Photos: You may optionally upload photos when reporting new facilities. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage.

2. 資料用途 | How We Use Your Information

我們收集的資料僅用於以下用途：

• 提供無障礙設施導航服務
• 改善地圖上的設施資訊準確度
• 處理用戶提交的設施報告

We use the collected information solely for: providing accessible facility navigation services, improving the accuracy of facility information on the map, and processing user-submitted facility reports.

3. 資料分享 | Data Sharing

我們不會出售、交易或出租您的個人資料予第三方。本應用程式使用以下第三方服務：

• Google Maps API：用於地圖顯示及導航功能（受 Google 隱私權政策 約束）
• Google Firebase：用於雲端數據儲存（受 Firebase 隱私權政策 約束）

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. The App uses Google Maps API and Google Firebase, which are subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. 資料儲存與安全 | Data Storage & Security

用戶提交的設施報告及照片儲存於 Google Firebase 平台，受 Google 的安全措施保護。我們會採取合理措施保護您的資料，但無法保證網絡傳輸的絕對安全。

User-submitted reports and photos are stored on Google Firebase, protected by Google's security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

5. 兒童隱私 | Children's Privacy

本應用程式不會刻意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。如果我們發現不慎收集了兒童的資料，將會立即刪除。

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

6. 您的權利 | Your Rights

您有權：

• 要求查閱您提交的資料
• 要求刪除您提交的報告及照片
• 拒絕授予位置權限（但部分功能將無法使用）

You have the right to: request access to your submitted data, request deletion of your reports and photos, and refuse location permissions (though some features may be unavailable).

7. 政策更新 | Policy Updates

我們可能會不時更新本隱私權政策。任何更改將在本頁面上公佈，並更新「最後更新日期」。建議您定期查閱本政策。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
